We want you to love your JoyNest purchase. If somethings isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window
You have 30-days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible, your item must be:
. Unused and in the same condition you received it.
. In its original packaging, with tags intact.
. Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at sharon@joynestjournal.com. Once your returns approved, we will provide:
. A prepaid return shipping label.
. Instructions on how and where tossed your package.
!! Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
.Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
.Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
. Sale or clearance items (if marked final sale)
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
